Paul & Jan Brownhill (Country Treasures) began making copper & brass kitchenware in the 1970’s. Their work is mainly kitchen pans & utensils, in copper & sometimes brass. There is also a range of hand painted distressed enamelware. They also made a selection of simple tins, that many miniaturists would use to decorate themselves & paper & metal plates that were perfect for miniature food.
A nice thing to look out for is the utensil rack. (there is one below in distressed enamel) The rack had 6 hooks, but only 5 utensils. I seem to remember that this was incase they designed a new utensil that could be added at a later date.
Paul died in 2021, but his granddaughter Laura is continuing the Country Treasures name creating her natural garden scenes.
